No, when you pay, the cashier will mark it as a credit transaction so it does not decline, but your card is a prepaid card. It's not tied to your credit and won't affect it.

Why can I no longer withdraw cash from ATMs?

As part of the rules established by CMS, the regulatory agency for Medicare Advantage plans, this type of benefit was eliminated by 2023. It applies the same to all companies.

At Triple-S Advantage, we offer you the benefit of ComboCard funds that you can use for all of the above at thousands of participating merchants, and we offer you money through Medicare Part B premium contribution. This benefit is comes directly to you through the Social Security check and you can, if you wish, withdraw it from your bank account at ATMs.

I did not receive the PIN or secret number of the card.

From 2026, your new ComboCard will not need a PIN to use it.
